Waited over an hour just to try this new place in town. I’ve personally a HUGE fan of ramen bowls and I think the maximum that I’ve ever waited for a ramen bowl is 45 minutes. The other location in Harvard was a little too salty to my liking but I was really really in the mood for ramen. So I decided it was worth a second chance. And I’m so so glad that I decided to wait the 1.5ishh hour. This was the most delicious ramen I’ve had, the spicy level was tasty but not overwhelming. I felt the spice but it didn’t leave me crying. The extra $2 for a soft boiled egg is a must. It’s honestly not complete without it 🙂

For next time, I’ll most definitely be putting my name on the list an hour before I’m actually hungry. Then spend the hour shopping while waiting! But I most definitely will be coming back 😀

Spicy Miso Ramen

Location: Lucky Foo  [Asian Fusion] in Las Vegas, NV
Price: $14
Food: 1/5
Service: 4/5

I have to say this must have been the worse ramen bowl that I’ve had up until August. The spice levels and the soft boiled egg pieces were decent but other than that… this ramen bowl was just not good. I don’t think I’d ever go back. However, the service was good.

Reading from Yelp, it seems that this restaurant might be closed?

Butter Chicken

I’ve always liked Indian food and this I would say is one of my new favorite spots since I’ve moved to Connecticut. From the outside it looks average, but the inside is decorated and looks absolutely lovely. The food does take a little longer for them to make… your 1 hour lunch much be like 1 hr and 15 mins but it’s definitely worth it. If you’re  a mild spicy eater, going with the medium isn’t too spicy. The owner is super nice and polite and splits checks for a party of 5-6. Definitely recommend this place!

Ramen Bowls

Location: Santouka in Cambridge, MA, Hide-Chan + Totto Ramen in New York, NY
Price: ~$12-15 each
Food: 4.5/5
Service: 4.5/5

Gotta love all them different ramen bowls 🙂 Santouka’s ramen bowl was a little saltier than my liking. HideChan’s ramen bowl was spicy but still delicious and compared to the spicy ramen from Totto, I’d say that I like Totto’s ramen the best of all the three places. I will most likely still go to all these three places again and probably try something different!

Latte Art

Location: Cafe Grumpy + Bibble & Sip in New York, NY
Price: ~$6 each
Drink: 4/5
Service: 4.5/5

Huge fan of latte art 🙂 probably the reason why I have lattes besides the caffeine! Cafe Grumpy at some point I saw was on this list of coffee shops to visit before you die, this is why I made a visit. Bibble & Sip has it’s popular cream puffs but at the time, I didn’t know that yet… but I did get a custom bear latte. Both were delicious and I’d definitely come back for another. Next time at Bibble & Sip, I’ll definitely try another one of their flavored lattes and probably a cream puff 🙂
